Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 01, 2026

This policy describes how Fitly (“we,” “us”), operated by Bakr Al-Humaimidi, collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our app.

1. Information we collect

We collect:

2. Sign-in with Google or Apple

If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google handles authentication according to Google’s Privacy Policy. We receive a secure token from Google and, when you complete sign-in, your Google account email (when marked verified by Google), display name, and a stable Google user identifier so we can create or log you into your Fitly account. We do not receive your Google password.

If you choose Sign in with Apple on iOS, Apple handles authentication according to Apple’s policies. We receive a secure token from Apple and, when you complete sign-in, your Apple account email (or private relay email), display name when provided, and a stable Apple user identifier. We do not receive your Apple password.

3. How we use it

We use your information to provide and improve the Service (e.g., storing your uploaded avatar photo, generating virtual try-ons), to communicate with you (e.g., verification emails for email/password accounts), to enforce our terms, and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI and third-party processing

To provide the Service, we send photos you upload to third-party AI provider fal.ai for virtual try-on. This may include your uploaded avatar photo, clothing or product images, and related images needed to generate try-on previews.

Fitly no longer generates AI avatars. Your uploaded avatar photo is used directly for virtual try-on.
